Resetting Credentials

My Health At Vanderbilt is easy to use, with simple navigation buttons on the home page. Some links take you to the program’s main page to quickly view your medical records and appointment times. This program not only makes it easy to access your records, it also makes it easy to book appointments and call a doctor’s office.

The program is also ideal for people who do not have access to a computer, as it allows them to download their medical records to the PC. To access the My Health at Vanderbilt patient portal, you can visit the My Health at Vanderbilt website and register for access.

Reset Your Credentials

If you forgot your username or password, follow the steps and steps below.

Forgotten Username

  • If you’ve forgotten your username, visit the My Health at Vanderbilt login page at www.myhealthatvanderbilt.com.
  • Click the Forgot my username link just below the Login button.
  • After completing this task, you will be redirected to a new page that says “Recover your My Health username”.
  • Check the personal information to retrieve the username by entering the following data:
  • First name
  • first name name
  • social Security number
  • Birth date
  • If you click submit, you can retrieve your username.

Update Or Reset Password

  • Visit the Vanderbilt My Health login page at www.myhealthatvanderbilt.com to update or reset your password.
  • Just below the Forgot Username link is a blue Update Password button.
  • When you click on it, a page will appear asking you to reset your password.
  • Enter the following personal information to reset your password:
  • After clicking on said link, you will be redirected to password recovery page to enter your new password.
  • Enter the required information listed above to reset your password:
  • My health username
  • Must be the last four digits of your social security number
  • Birth date
  • Click Next and follow the next procedure.
